VeyraGlow will accept returns or exchanges for items purchased on our website within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • The item is not engraved or customized

  • Any sign of damage may void the guarantee

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate (such as undergarments), sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) including your order number.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

Please note that there is often processing time between financial institutions before a refund is posted (typically 2–3 business days). If you have not received your refund after this timeframe, please contact us at support@VeyraGlow.com so we can investigate further.

Warranty

Our lifetime warranty ensures that if your item arrives damaged, broken, or of poor quality, a replacement will be sent to you at no additional cost.

Please note that under the terms of this warranty, refunds are not available for items that are broken, lost, or otherwise affected under warranty coverage. The purpose of this warranty is to provide a replacement, ensuring your satisfaction and confidence in the quality of your purchase without additional expense.

Gifts

Follow the instructions above for returning online orders. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@VeyraGlow.com within 48 hours of delivery.

If damage is not reported within this 48-hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim. We rely on the tracking timestamp and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests.
